I spend my days at Sporting Life interacting with extremely passionate and hard-working employees. From conducting new hire training sessions to booking meetings with vendor sales representatives, working here has inspired me personally and professionally. After completing my studies in 2012, Sporting Life has fostered my career growth and development.

Through hard work and dedication, I was able to progress through the roles of: sales associate, cashier, and department manager. In my current position as a Training Coordinator, I had the opportunity to spearhead the recruitment cycle and training strategies at our Yonge St. and Yorkdale Mall flagship stores. Seeing several of the staff I’ve hired throughout the years develop and progress in their careers is definitely a rewarding experience.

Off-site job training, running clinics, factory tours, and staff socials have all contributed to a memorable and fun environment. The workplace is just as unique and dynamic as it’s staff, which makes working at Sporting Life that much more enjoyable and exciting.
